DESIGN I.Q. STUDY GROUP TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree with any part of the Agreement, you must not use the Service.

2. Service Details
a. The Service provides access to an interior design learning course.
 b. The cost of the Service is $150 for one 90-day class, payable in advance.
 c. The Service ends on April 30th for the Spring season and October 31st for the Fall season, in the year the subscription began.
 d. Upon class conclusion, access to Google Classroom will no longer be available.

3. No Guarantees
a. Design I.Q. does not guarantee any specific outcomes, results, or improvements as a result of using the Service.
 b. The Service provides educational materials and resources for learning purposes only. Any application or implementation of the content is at your own risk and discretion. Success or failure in achieving certifications or career milestones depends on individual effort and application of the material.

4. Subscription Cancellation
a. Design I.Q. reserves the right to cancel your subscription at any time, with or without cause, and without prior notice.
 b. If the cancellation is initiated by the user, a prorated refund may be considered based on the remaining course time. No refunds will be provided for cancellations by Design I.Q. due to violations of terms or conduct policies.

5. Access Code and Google Classroom
a. Upon payment, you will receive an access code to Google Classroom.
 b. The access code provided is a valid entry to the Google Classroom Course.
 c. By entering the access code into Google Classroom, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions.

6. User Responsibilities
a. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access code.
 b. You agree not to share, distribute, or transfer the access code or classroom materials to any third party.
 c. Any unauthorized use of the access code may result in immediate termination of your subscription without refund.
 d. You agree not to share, reproduce, or use any videos, content, or intellectual property of Design I.Q. for commercial purposes. Limited sharing for personal educational use may be acceptable, but any unauthorized distribution or reproduction for commercial purposes will result in immediate termination of your subscription and possible legal action.

7. Liability and Indemnification
a. Design I.Q. shall not be held legally responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Service.
 b. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Design I.Q. and its affiliates from any claims, losses, or damages resulting from your misuse or violation of the Service's terms and intellectual property.

8. Modifications

Design I.Q. reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace any part of this Agreement. It is your responsibility to check this Agreement periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Service after any modifications to this Agreement constitutes acceptance of those changes.

9. Refunds
a. If you wish to cancel your subscription prior to course commencement or within a specific time frame (e.g., within 7 days), a full refund will be provided.
 b. No refunds will be issued after this period unless the service fails to meet the description provided in this Agreement.

10. Force Majeure
Design I.Q. shall not be held liable for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to, technical failures, natural disasters, or other unforeseen events that impact the delivery of the Service.

11. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Design I.Q. regarding the Service and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings. By entering the access code into Google Classroom, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
